DoD 2345 Form Information

What is it?

The Department of Defense 2345 Form is an “Export Controlled Technical Data Agreement”. This form authorizes your organization to attend an event where export controlled material may be shared.

Who has to have one?

If you are a U.S. Government Employee You DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THIS FORM.  Each Non-Government person planning to attend any of our conferences must present a copy of this properly executed form to attend. THIS MEANS THAT IT MUST BE SIGNED AND DATED BY A DOD OFFICIAL.

I think I already have one on file, but how do I check?

If you have attended one of our conferences in the past, we may still have your DoD 2345 Form on file. If you will contact us, we will be glad to check either in our database or online for you. This will make the registration process easier not only for you but for your security office as well.

My company doesn’t have one and needs to apply…What do we do?

The process of obtaining a DoD 2345 Form is an easy, but tedious one.  You can contact the Defense Logistics Services Center (DLSC) at 1-800-352-3572 to start the process. If you would like for us to check and make sure that your organization doesn’t already have one online, please feel free to contact us. We want to make this as easy as possible for you.
