There are no attendance fees for this workshop. The workshop is open to
US Government and DoD contractors. Attendance is limited to U.S. CITIZENS ONLY.
ALL REGISTRANTS MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP TO ATTEND THIS
SYMPOSIUM. PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP IS EITHER YOUR:
- PASSPORT; or
- CERTIFIED BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND PHOTO ID; or
- U.S. GOVERNMENT ARSENAL / CAC Card; or
- CERTIFICATE OF NATURALIZATION AND PHOTO ID; or
- VISIT REQUEST FAXED FROM YOUR SECURITY OFFICE PRIOR TO CONFERENCE & PHOTO ID.
Non-Government personnel planning to attend this workshop must provide a copy of a properly executed DoD Form 2345, "Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement," authorizing their organization access to
